  4. Do I have a parking place near my home?
    There is a three-layer parking basement under Hartje Eindhoven with 501 parking places reserved for Hartje Eindhoven. All apartments have a parking space.

  6. How high are the service costs?
    The service costs are supplemental to the net rent and relate to the common areas like the entrance space, corridors and stairwell. For example costs of electricity, water, lift maintenance and cleaning.
    Attention: you pay these costs every month as an advance payment. You will receive a final statement every year in which we settle the costs actually incurred with the advance payment.
  7. What are the additional costs?
    Besides the services costs, you also pay a monthly advance fee for the heating and cooling of your home (the HCS system). If you wish, you can deviate from the sum that we propose (110 Euros) and indicate how much you would like to pay in advance. You can also change this later.

    We recommend that you do not underestimate the advance fee sum. A meter that registers consumption is fitted in every apartment. At the end of the year you receive a bill based on your actual consumption. We then settle this against the advance payments that you have made.
  8. What kind of floor is possible to place in my home?
    All apartments in Hartje Eindhoven have floor heating in combination with a so-called floating screed. This floating screed ensures a good sound insulation, making it possible to place hard floors in your home, such as laminate and parquet. Hereby a number of pre-conditions apply.
